Provoking though with Action Mental Health

On Tuesday 13 September 2022, Year 12 pupils had the opportunity to attend the ‘Provoking Thought’ presentation designed by Action Mental Health. 

As a Take 5 Champion School, the delivery of the presentation was part of St. Mary’s ongoing commitment to promoting positive mental health and emotional well-being throughout the school community.  The aims of the presentation were to increase young people’s understanding of mental health and resilience, ensure that they are aware of the range of support available to them and encourage help-seeking behaviours should they have any concerns about their mental health and emotional Thank you to Colette Slevin from Action Mental Health for delivering the programme and to Action Mental Health for providing the excellent resource booklet for pupils which accompanied the presentation. well-being.
