Year 10 Maths 'Hats' Day

Year 10 pupils took part in a Mini Business project called 'Hats', in which they had to produce 'Hats' from scratch and sell them.  They had to buy all their materials, produce the hats to the specified high standards and manage a budget to deal with, among other things, advertising and wages.  The initial budget was £80,000 and the winning teams made over £500,000, which was a huge profit.  Well done to the winning teams!

Year 11 French trip to Paris.

48 pupils and 5 members of staff visited Paris from Sunday 9^th March 2008 and returned on Thursday 13^th March 2008.

They stayed in the suburbs of Paris and travelled into central Paris everyday.
